What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, home address, the members of your household, dietary information including allergies and preferences, event details, and any message you send. We also receive basic technical information such as the page you submitted from.

How we use it

Only to provide our services: replying to you, preparing your service or event agreement, building your personalized menu, matching you with a chef, scheduling, and invoicing. Dietary and allergy details are shared with the chef assigned to you so they can cook safely for your household.

Where it lives

Form submissions are delivered to our client-management system and email. Agreements are signed through SignWell and invoices are issued through QuickBooks and paid through Melio. We do not store your bank or card details ourselves. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the people and tools needed to serve you.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. The intake form may save a draft of your answers in your own browser so you can finish later; that draft never leaves your device until you submit.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your inquiry, scheduling or service. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
