How it works

From the first form to the first meal, simplified.

Most clients go from "I'm curious" to "there's dinner in the fridge" in about two weeks. Here is exactly what happens, in order.

01
About 8 minutes

Complete the intake form

Who you're feeding, allergies and protocols, the proteins and vegetables you actually enjoy, your favorite meals and restaurants, and what a normal week looks like. It's the foundation of everything we cook for you.

The moment it's in, you'll get a welcome note from Amber, and your service agreement arrives a few minutes later to sign from your phone.

Quick and easy

Schedule a call

A short call with Amber to talk through your household, your goals and your kitchen, and to answer every question you have.

Before your first service day you'll get a short Kitchen Checklist. Glass storage containers in a few sizes, a clean empty sink and fridge space are most of it.

03
Personalized

Receive your custom menu

From your intake and your call we build a custom menu and a chef briefing: your household, restrictions, taste profile and goals, so nothing gets lost in translation. Then we match you with the chef who fits your family, your area of the Valley and your schedule.

Your chef confirms the following week's menu with you directly, about 24 hours before each service day.

04
Every week

Your chef cooks in your kitchen

Your chef shops for groceries and specialty items, arrives at your scheduled time, cooks in your kitchen with your equipment, portions everything into your fridge, and leaves the kitchen spotless.

Invoices arrive the Monday after each service day through QuickBooks. Pay by ACH at no charge, or by card.

What to expect

Small things that make the weeks easy.

  • You don't need to be home. Many clients leave a key or code and come home to a full fridge.
  • Most menus stay fresh for five to seven days; some dishes freeze beautifully.
  • Change your mind about a dish? Tell your chef when they confirm the weekly menu.
  • Need to pause or cancel? Fourteen days' written notice keeps things simple for everyone.
  • Holidays are covered too, with holiday rates on a handful of peak dates.

Planning an event instead?

Intimate dinners and private events work a little differently.

Book a 15-minute planning call and tell us about your event. Amber builds the menu and proposal with you on the call. Once you're happy, you sign a simple event agreement and a 50% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due seven days before the event, and we take it from there.

Ready when you are

Your kitchen. Our chefs. Real food every week.
