Nutrition Intuition started in Scottsdale in 2014, and it is still our home base. Our health-focused personal chefs come to your Scottsdale home, cook a menu built around your household, store everything in your fridge and leave the kitchen spotless.

Amber Barcellos founded Nutrition Intuition here in 2014. She is a whole-food nutritionist with a B.S. in Nutrition from Arizona State University, and every menu we cook still starts with the same idea: real, nutrient-dense food made for the people eating it.
Today our team of 17 personal chefs cooks in homes across Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix. When you start with us, we match you with the chef who fits your family, your schedule and your part of the Valley.
